服務內容
Lumi 讓使用者透過 AI 分析管理個人數位衣櫥。應用程式功能與資料處理方式，請參閱我們的 隱私權政策。
App 內購買與自動續訂訂閱
Lumi 提供以下付費項目：
- Lumi Pro 年費方案（自動續訂訂閱）：期間為 1 年，解鎖無限 AI 分析配額。價格以 App 內購買畫面與 App Store 商品頁面顯示為準。
- 補充包（一次性消耗型項目）：一次性加購 100 次 AI 分析配額，不會自動續訂。
自動續訂條款
- 付款將於您確認購買時，向您的 Apple ID 帳戶收費。
- 訂閱將自動續訂，除非您在目前訂閱週期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂。
- 續訂費用將於目前週期結束前 24 小時內從您的帳戶扣款。
- 您可以在購買後至「設定」→「Apple ID」→「訂閱」中管理訂閱或關閉自動續訂。
- 訂閱生效期間內無法取消目前已付款的訂閱期間。
- 若提供免費試用，於試用期間內購買訂閱將視為放棄剩餘的免費試用期。
使用者責任
您同意僅將本應用程式用於合法目的，不得嘗試逆向工程、破解或干擾本應用程式的正常運作。
智慧財產權
本應用程式的介面設計、程式碼與商標均為開發者所有。您上傳或拍攝的衣物照片與資料所有權歸您所有；如 AI 分析章節於隱私權政策所述，這些資料以本機優先方式儲存。
免責聲明
本應用程式以「現況」提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保證。AI 分析結果（如分類、顏色、材質辨識）僅供參考，開發者不保證其完全準確。
條款變更
我們可能不定期更新本使用條款。重大變更將於應用程式內或本頁面公告。繼續使用本應用程式即表示您接受更新後的條款。

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Lumi (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Lumi helps users manage their personal digital wardrobe using AI analysis. For details on how the App handles data, see our Privacy Policy.
In-App Purchases & Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Lumi offers the following paid items:
- Lumi Pro Annual (auto-renewable subscription): a 1-year subscription period unlocking unlimited AI analysis. Price is shown at the point of purchase in the App and on the App Store product page.
- Extra Pack (one-time consumable): a one-time purchase adding 100 AI analysis credits. Does not renew.
Auto-Renewal Terms
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase.
- Any unused portion of an active subscription period cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App's normal operation.
Intellectual Property
The App's interface design, code, and trademarks are owned by the developer. Photos and data you capture or upload remain your property; as described in the Privacy Policy's AI Analysis section, this data is stored locally on your device by default.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI analysis results (e.g. categorization, color, and material recognition) are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed to be fully accurate.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the App or on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
